I’m Bree! A coach, mom, and a firm believer that growth begins the moment we choose to keep moving forward. As the founder of Life in Motion, LLC, I bring my passion for mental performance, positive lifestyle, and sustainable routines to every person I work with.
My journey hasn't been linear and I wouldn’t want it any other way. Between motherhood, career pivots, grief, and personal breakthroughs, I’ve learned that progress isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, one intentional step at a time.
As a coach, I meet people where they are in the mess, the momentum, or the middle. I care about the whole person, not just the performance. My mission is to help others move with courage, build habits that last, and feel proud of who they’re becoming.
We don’t have to have it all figured out. We just need the right support, space, and mindset to grow and that’s exactly what I’m here to provide.
In December of 2013, I felt completely stuck.
It was like I had lost the reins of my own life and deep down, I knew this wasn’t where I was meant to be. So, in a moment of desperation (and hope), I typed into Google: "How do I take control of my life?"
The first thing that popped up?
Start going to the gym. Eat better. Move your body.
So that’s exactly what I did.
And with that small step,
I began building momentum and reclaiming myself.
Getting under a barbell changed my life.
It wasn’t just about strength, it was about reclaiming my confidence, rebuilding my self-worth, and proving to myself that I could do hard things.
Every rep became a reminder that I wasn’t stuck.
I was capable. I was in motion.
That barbell became a metaphor for life. Some days it feels heavy. Some days it moves with ease. But every time I show up, I grow.
That’s what Life in Motion is all about creating forward momentum through intentional movement, mindset, and personal growth. Because when you start believing in your own strength, everything else begins to shift.
And then there’s my greatest teacher, my kiddo.
Being a mom added a whole new layer to my journey. Parenthood has stretched me in ways no workout ever could. It’s challenged my patience, deepened my empathy, and reminded me daily why showing up, for myself and others, matters so much.
My child is curious, resilient, and full of life. Watching them grow reminds me to keep growing, too. They’re a big part of why I do what I do because I want to model what it means to live with courage, take care of your mind and body, and never stop moving forward.
One of my biggest lessons in resilience came after major hip surgery.
Recovery wasn’t just physical, it was deeply mental. I had to release all expectations, let go of timelines, and meet myself exactly where I was.
It taught me the power of grace, patience, and showing up with zero ego. Some days I took steps forward, other days I simply stood still and both were enough. Healing reminded me that progress isn’t always loud or fast. Sometimes it’s quiet, slow, and deeply courageous.
I don’t believe in perfection. I believe in progress, in self-trust, and in building a life you’re proud to wake up to. That’s what Life in Motion Coaching is here for to support people like you in becoming more grounded, more confident, and more connected to who you really are.
Wherever you are in your journey, I see you.
Let’s move forward, together.
