At Life in Motion, I coach the whole human due to the fact that performance doesn’t exist in a vacuum.
You can have all the talent, drive, and physical ability in the world… but if your mind is flooded, your nervous system is overloaded, or your life has no structure, performance becomes inconsistent and exhausting. That’s why my approach integrates Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology with foundational lifestyle habits from a dietetics and exercise physiology background, because the athlete is never separate from the person.
My work focuses on helping people, athletes and high performers build the skills to show up with confidence, discipline, focus, and resilience, while also strengthening the daily routines that support performance at the deepest level: sleep, nutrition, recovery, stress management, movement, boundaries, and structure.
Sport Psychology + Lifestyle Coaching (Integrated)
It’s practical, trainable skills like:
And because performance is shaped by your physiology, we also support the lifestyle habits that regulate the body and protect the brain:
Mental Health Matters Here
I believe what many athletes don’t realize until later: mental health is a driver of performance.
Stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, grief, trauma history, or a constantly activated nervous system can impact:
That’s why I coach from a person-first, athlete-second lens and why my work is rooted in safety, sustainability, and self-trust.
Trauma-Informed Coaching (NICABM)
I understand how trauma and chronic stress affect the brain and body and how those patterns can show up in performance, relationships, and daily life.
Trauma-informed coaching looks like:
This is especially important because many high performers have learned to succeed through survival mode and they deserve a healthier way.
Collaboration with a Trusted Care Team
I also believe in staying ethical and working in alignment with the right support systems.
While I provide coaching, skill-building, and habit-based programming, I’m not here to fully replace therapy or actual clinical care. When mental health needs are deeper, more complex, or clinically relevant, I collaborate with a trusted care team to develop a safe care plan for the client. This may include working alongside a therapist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, primary care provider, registered dietitian, or other qualified professionals so that the client is fully supported mentally, emotionally, and physically.
In those situations, I help build performance and lifestyle programs that align with the care plan so clients aren’t trying to “perform their way out of burnout,” and they’re never left carrying everything alone.
The Goal
We’re building a stronger foundation: confidence, clarity, discipline, emotional stability, and consistent habits that make success sustainable. Because when the nervous system is supported and the person feels grounded… performance and our lives becomes freer, cleaner, and more consistent.
And that’s what Life in Motion is about:
Move with Courage. Thrive in Growth.
