Sport, Exercise, Performance Psychology

I integrate Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology with lifestyle habit coaching to support performance and wellbeing in athletes. My approach targets mental skills such as confidence, attention control, emotional regulation, resilience, and self-talk, while also addressing foundational lifestyle behaviors (sleep, nutrition, movement, recovery, and routines) that influence performance outcomes. Mental health is a priority within my coaching process as well, and when clinically-relevant concerns arise, I collaborate with an appropriate care team to ensure a safe, ethical plan of support for the client. Person first, always.
