Bree Booz, MPC & CF-L2

Founder of Life in Motion

Bree doesn’t believe in quick fixes, cookie-cutter plans, or chasing perfection. She believes in real work, real growth, and real change — the kind that starts at your core and moves outward into every part of your life.

With a background spanning gyms, classrooms, clinics, and everyday life, Bree has coached athletes, parents, professionals, and students to lead themselves with intention, align their actions with their values, and create momentum that actually lasts.

Her signature Life in Motion Method is built on the belief that true transformation happens when mind, body, and spirit work together. Bree’s coaching isn’t about checking boxes — it’s about unpacking the baggage you’ve been carrying, and repacking your life with tools that serve you.

She’s deeply invested in every client she works with — not just for the season, but for the long haul. In return, she expects one thing: that you’re ready to show up, put in the work, and move with courage toward the life you want.

For Bree, success isn’t just measured in numbers, stats, or timelines. It’s measured in the quiet moments when you choose to keep going, the shifts in your habits that feel second nature, and the confidence that comes from knowing you’re living in alignment with what matters most to you.

“Be Great Today. It’s not about being perfect — it’s about showing up as your best in this moment, and building from there.”

When she’s not coaching, you’ll find Bree moving her own body with intention, seeking out new challenges, and building a life grounded in the same principles she teaches: progress over perfection, habits that last, and living each day with purpose.

THE WHY BEHIND THE WORK

Weight Loss Side by Side

AWAKENING!

In December of 2013, I hit a wall.

I felt completely stuck — like I’d somehow lost the reins of my own life. Days blurred together, and the person I was becoming didn’t match the person I wanted to be. Deep down, I knew this wasn’t my forever,

but I had no idea where to start.

One night, out of a mix of desperation and hope, I sat down at my laptop and typed the question that had been circling my mind for months:

“How do I take control of my life?”

The first advice that popped up was surprisingly simple: Go to the gym. Eat better. Move your body.

It didn’t promise a complete transformation. It didn’t sound life-changing. But it was something I could do — a starting point.

So that’s where I began.

At first, it was awkward and uncomfortable. I didn’t know the “right” way to do everything. But each time I showed up, I felt a small shift. One step led to another, one choice built on the next, and little by little,

I began building momentum.

With each workout, each healthier meal, I wasn’t just changing my body — I was reclaiming my confidence, my self-worth, and my belief that

I could lead my own life again.

STRENGTH!

Getting under a barbell changed my life.

It wasn’t just about building strength — it was about reclaiming my confidence, rebuilding my self-worth, and proving to myself that I could do hard things. Every rep became a reminder:

I wasn’t stuck. I was capable. I was in motion.

That barbell became my metaphor for life. Some days it feels heavy. Some days it moves with ease. But every time I show up, I grow. It taught me that the weight you carry — in the gym or in life — doesn’t define you. What defines you is the choice to step up, lift it, and keep moving forward.

And that’s exactly what Life in Motion is about — creating forward momentum through intentional movement, a resilient mindset, and personal growth. Because when you start believing in your own strength, everything else begins to shift. Strength is not just physical; it’s the trust you build in yourself, rep after rep, choice after choice.

This is the new era of mental performance coaching — whole-person wellness that fuels both your mental health and your

performance, inside and out.

PURPOSE!

And then there’s my greatest teacher — my kiddo.

Motherhood added an entirely new layer to my journey. Parenthood has stretched me in ways no workout ever could. It’s tested my patience, expanded my empathy, and reminded me every single day why showing up — for myself and for others — matters so deeply.

My child is curious, resilient, and full of life. Watching them grow pushes me to keep growing, too. They are a big part of my why — because I want to model what it looks like to live with courage, to care for both your mind and body, and to keep moving forward, no matter what.

They’ve taught me that strength isn’t always loud, and success isn’t always measured in big milestones. Sometimes it’s in the small, quiet moments — sitting together after a long day, laughing in the kitchen, or navigating life’s challenges side by side.

I want my child to see that it’s okay to stumble, that rest is part of the process, and that the real win is in getting back up with heart and purpose. Because if they grow up believing they are capable, worthy, and resilient, then I’ve lived my values in the most important way possible.

RESILIENCE!

One of my biggest lessons in resilience came after major hip surgery.

Recovery wasn’t just a physical battle — it was a mental one. I had to release expectations, let go of timelines,

and meet myself exactly where I was.

It taught me the power of grace, patience, and showing up without ego. Some days I moved forward, other days I simply stood still — and both were enough. Healing reminded me that progress isn’t always loud or fast. Sometimes it’s quiet, slow, and profoundly brave.

I learned that strength often looks like staying the course, even when no one is watching. That letting yourself heal isn’t weakness — it’s wisdom. And that you can rebuild not just your body, but your

belief in yourself, one choice at a time.

I don’t believe in perfection. I believe in progress, in self-trust, and in building a life you’re proud to wake up to. That’s exactly what Life in Motion Coaching is here for — to help you become more grounded, more confident, and more connected to who you truly are.
