Founder of Life in Motion, LLC

I didn’t come into this work because everything in my life was dialed in. I came into it because at one point, it wasn’t. There were seasons where I was doing all the “right” things on the surface, but underneath, I felt disconnected, overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns I couldn’t seem to break. I know what it feels like to want more for yourself but not fully understand what’s actually holding you back. And I know how frustrating it is to chase change through quick fixes that never really stick. That’s where this work became personal.

I don’t believe in quick fixes, cookie-cutter plans, or chasing perfection. I believe in real work, real growth, and real change—the kind that starts at your core and reshapes how you think, respond, and perform under pressure. Mental performance became personal for me long before it became professional. I learned, sometimes the hard way, that talent, effort, and good intentions only go so far if you don’t know how to manage your thoughts, emotions, stress, and energy. What I came to understand is that most people are trying to fix symptoms without ever understanding the system that’s producing them.

Confidence issues, inconsistency, burnout, lack of focus—those aren’t random. They’re outputs. If we don’t take the time to understand the system—the habits, beliefs, environment, recovery, and internal dialogue driving those outcomes—we stay stuck chasing surface-level solutions that don’t last. That’s why my approach is rooted in mental performance first, supported by lifestyle habits that reinforce it. Because how you think influences how you move, how you move impacts how you feel, and how you fuel and recover determines how you show up. All of it feeds back into your identity. This is a system.

Through Life in Motion Coaching, we don’t just chase outcomes—we build the foundation that produces them. We start with awareness, understanding your patterns, your triggers, and your default responses. From there, we develop the mental skills to regulate, reset, and respond with intention. Then we layer in habits—movement, nutrition, recovery—not as extremes, but as support systems that allow your performance and well-being to actually be sustainable. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters, consistently.

I’m deeply invested in every person I work with, not just for a season but for the long haul. In return, I ask for one thing: that you’re willing to show up, stay curious, and move with courage, even when it’s uncomfortable. You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need to be honest, and you do need to be willing to try.

For me, success isn’t measured in numbers, stats, or timelines. It’s measured in the quiet moments—when you choose to keep going, when your habits start to feel automatic, when your response replaces your reaction. When calm starts to replace chaos and you feel more aligned with how you actually want to live and perform. That’s when you know the system is working.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me doing the same work I ask of others—moving with intention, learning, reflecting, and continuing to build a life rooted in progress over perfection, habits that last, and purpose that actually means something.
